I'm interested in the added value of teaching-learning with technology in business, education and government. I have worked with both business and educational institutions in the US and abroad that are interested in using asynchronous and/or synchronous web-based instruction to enhance their strategic (e)learning environments. As an e-Learning production specialist and instructional consultant/designer, I support clients in the area of instructional technology by mentoring them in the creation of technology rich, web-based courses and production of digital assets. My primary functions include training in the use of CMS/LMS/LCMS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Open Office, Zoho and various Web 2.0 tools in creating web-based course content including course-based wikis, blogs and websites, assist in the creation of audio and video files and creating other basic multimedia assets as outlined here. Additional functions I provide include creation of PDFs, editing photos and graphics and guiding and supporting clients in the use of new technologies including web conference software, narrated PowerPoint presentations, short video or audio clips and animated presentations.
